Eitan Eldar says that when a company is interested in raising money from different resources, must decide whether a stock offer on the market is the right thing to do. There are few alternative steps, as Eitan Eldar specifies:
- Getting money through a loan – When talking about external capital, like pension fund, banks, insurance companies, etc.
- Joint Project – Offering external investors to become partners in a specific venture or creating a partnership in one project or more, with a company that can supply the capital needed.
- Private offer – It is another alternative to consider. This offer is issued for a small number of shareholders. Eitan Eldar adds that this option is faster and costs less, in comparison to the proccess of public offering.
